This Privacy Policy explains how the "Nawafid Libya" mobile app and web registration forms (operated by Nawafid Libya for Conference and Event Management) collect, use, and protect your data when you use the app or register for a conference or workshop.

Data We Collect

When you create an account or register for a conference or workshop, we may collect:

• Your name (in Arabic and English)
• Email address and phone number
• City, workplace, and specialization
• Date of birth (optional)
• Answers to any additional questions the conference organizer adds at registration
• A device push-notification token (FCM Token), used to send in-app notifications
• Payment details required to complete a purchase — these are processed entirely by our external payment gateway (TLYNC); our app and servers never store your card numbers

How We Use Your Data

• Creating and managing your account, and registering you for conferences and workshops
• Issuing your entry ticket (QR code) and attendance certificate
• Contacting you about your registration status, payment, or event updates
• Sending in-app notifications (e.g. "your registration was approved," "your certificate is ready")
• Improving our services and app experience

Sharing Data With Others

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We only share limited data with the service providers necessary to run the app:

• Firebase (Google) — for sending in-app notifications
• TLYNC — an electronic payment gateway used to process paid purchases

Some of your data (such as your name and workplace) may be visible to the organizer of the conference you registered for, solely for attendance management and certificate issuance.

Your Rights

• You can edit your personal data at any time from within the app via "Edit Profile"
• You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at the email below

Children's Privacy

This app is intended for medical and professional conferences and workshops, and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from this age group.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with an updated revision date above.
